Applicants seeking admission to any of our undergraduate programmes must meet the eligibility requirements detailed below. VU India welcomes applications from students who meet our academic and English language entry requirements.

Applicants seeking admission to any of our postgraduate programmes must meet the eligibility requirements detailed below. To be eligible for admission to postgraduate programmes at VU India, applicants must meet both academic and English language requirements. You must hold a completed Indian Bachelor's degree equivalent to an Australian Bachelor's degree, with a minimum overall score of 55% (Second Division).
For English: Evidence of completion of a bachelor's degree at a recognised university, where English was the medium of instruction and assessment for the whole institution; or IELTS (Academic) 6.5 (no band below 6.0); or TOEFL iBT 79 (Listening 19, Speaking 19, Reading 18, Writing 22); or PTE Academic 60.

Once you submit your complete application with all supporting documents, our team typically processes it within a few weeks. You'll receive regular updates via email and can track your application status through your applicant portal.
No entrance exam is required for most programmes at VU India. Admissions are based on your academic transcripts, English proficiency scores and other programme-specific requirements. Some specialised programmes may require additional assessments, so check your programme details for specifics.
Yes, you can apply for multiple programmes simultaneously. However, we recommend that you prioritise your applications based on genuine interest and career goals. Each application will be assessed individually against the specific entry requirements for that particular programme.
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. Our admissions team will review your application and may request additional documents if needed. Once assessed, you'll receive an offer letter or further instructions.
Choose the university that values your achievement. Get up to ₹3 lakh* tuition fee waiver on annual tuition fees, every year, with the VU Block Model® India Scholarship, along with additional merit-based scholarships based on Class XII marks.
If you withdraw 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission, you will receive a 100% refund of your fees, with a processing charge of up to ₹1,000 deducted. Withdrawals made within 15 days before the deadline are eligible for a 90% refund. Once you submit a written refund request along with your admission offer letter and fee receipt to the Admissions Office, the Finance Office will process your refund within 15 working days.
